Returns & Exchanges
At Lavonne, we stand behind the quality of our handbags. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your handbag within 30 days of receiving it. The handbag must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
